Great news! I'm a big fan of
Jesse Timmendequas, that sorry POS who raped and killed little Megan Kanka, for whom "Megan's Law" was named. It's nice to know that Jesse will never have to pay the ultimate price like Megan did.
If my children and grandchildren didn't live nearby, in this sorry state of New Jersey, I'd haul my ancient a$$ to greener pastures.

Well, they didn't ask me. I have seen it used much more often. I've never been able to understand how it is that once someone whom I do not know is convicted of a crime, I suddenly have some reponsibility to provide for his food, clothing and shelter.

I am so glad to be far, far, away from the Peoples Republic of NJ.
Friends and other relatives are also fleeing in droves as they begin to realize that this is one of the most corrupt and liberal states in the country.

I agree with this decision 100% -- and it needs to be expanded, too.
New Jersey is one place in the U.S. where the government doesn't have the credibility or moral authority to put people in jail -- let alone execute them.
