The tribunal held that "preventing the distribution of such materials was a reasonable limit on Whatcott's right to freedom of religion and expression as guaranteed by section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms". And the left will do the same thing here if given the chance.

And the left will do the same thing here if given the chance. Not just the Left. I have a feeling there would even be some Freepers of a more secularist bent who would be absolutely fine with this same sort of thing being imposed in the USA.

The HRC poses a clear and present danger to freedom of religion. Its members must be treated as such.

four complainants who complained that their "feelings" and "self-respect" were "injured" by Whatcott's pamphlets denouncing the "gay lifestyle" as immoral and dangerous. The radical Left is all about "feelings", no substance at all.

Not just the Left. I have a feeling there would even be some Freepers of a more secularist bent who would be absolutely fine with this same sort of thing being imposed in the USA. I could probably come up with a list of current and banned FReepers who would certainly fall into this category.

Have her come to the USA. Plenty of nursing/health care jobs available and she can go for political asylum.

I believe they seek not just restrictions on freedom of speech, but enforcement of accepted thoughts and feelings.

I would recommend that this guy tell the Commission to take their ruling and shove it up their a**, but then again, they might not take that as a negative... :)
To: All
It may not even be lefties, or secular Freepers, who push this.
You think those pushing North American Union arent going to institute such limits on free speech? Loss of soverignity is the beginning of loss of rights

I’m sure this type of forbidden speech is just fine with our DUmmy friends who proclaim that they are for freedom and democracy.
