This will be reallllllly interesting.

Because my impression is that no shortage of so-called (excuse the expression) "Bushbots" have enlisted in Huck's campaign--initially because of the "Open Borders for Jesus" aspect-- out on the campaign in the field and to some extent here on FR.

What will they make of THIS?

Hmmm

Nice quote, and I agree.

It seems Republicans are always too happy to form the circular firing squad. I don’t mind the candidates going after each other, but playing into the liberal media’s hands by bashing the President is foolish.

But it also could turn off the majority of Republicans who still like Bush.”

Although I think Bush at times has been too weak in the WOT (pandering to Palestine, calling “Islam is a religion of Peace”, and Dubai Ports)....Huckabee has no grounds to stand on this

Huckabee is pro-terrorist (closing Gitmo)....so his criticizing of Boosh really look stupid

Video of Huckabee’s hour-long speech:

I watched it a while back and, as I recall, he came across pretty strong against the terrorists.

Well, that seals the deal for me. I may not agree with the Bush administration on every policy, but I am a big W fan. And Huckabee will not be getting my vote. Loveya Dubya!

Its like hearing McCain tell us he knows how to reach across the isle to work with the Dems. It makes me want to puke.

i think these debates, with their questions that should be asked at the Dem debates, have tricked our RINO candidates into exposing themselves.

This is what stuck out for me:

“On Iran, he said Bush blew a chance to improve relations right after the 2001 terrorist attacks and that the United States should be talking to Iran today.

‘When we first invaded Afghanistan, Iran helped, especially in dealings with their ally, the Northern Alliance,’ he said. ‘They wanted to join us in fighting al-Qaida. ... The CIA and State Department supported a partnership. Some in the White House and beyond did not. And when President Bush included Iran in the axis of evil, everything went downhill pretty fast.’”

So according to Huckabee, our problems with Iran are all Bush’s fault. Now, where have I heard such nonsense before? That’s right, from the Dems! Does Huckabee have a “Bush lied, people died” bumper sticker on his car, too?

Huckabee would be an unmitigated disaster as Commander in Chief. He doesn’t have the discernment to see an enemy when one is right in front of his face. We cannot put him in the Oval Office. Our troops deserve better.

Well I see the Clinton’s pet RHINO is doing well in his training.

Though you think they would do a better job, like trying to make him look Conservative...

The guy sounds like a pro-life rat.

RINO.

Look at his actions of the past, don't listen to his campaign rhetoric in his quest for POTUS.

You will see the real Huckabee that way.

Huckabee takes aim at Bush's 'bunker mentality'

Is anyone else getting tired of The Huckster? For someone who's supposed to be a Christian, he's been acting (even as a governor) at Democrat levels of expediency. And it's only going to get worse. It would be pretty funny if it turned out that The Huckster was actually Hillary! in disguise.

Is it just me, or does Huckabee sound exactly like Barrack Hussein Obama when he uses the DNC talking points to criticize Bush's foreign policy.

No. Me, too. I first saw this when Huckster appeared on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace and discussed the Bush foreign policy as though he had just memorized all the DemonRat talking points about it and knew nothing more than to parrot them. He's a disaster waiting to happen.
