As an Ohioan, this affects me. I'm in favor of paper ballots, scanned or read by punch-card machines. However, I see no reason for moving the polling places even farther from my home than they are now. There's nothing wrong with casting my ballot in my precinct. Centralizing the voting process only makes it more difficult.
