I can’t count how many times I’ve heard Savage say there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans

BFD
I can't count how many times I've heard conservatives, even here on FR, say there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans.
So what's your beef?

No all the talk show hosts like Mark Levin, Hannity . Laura Ingraham and the conservative blogoshpere defeated that Amnesty bill.

Savage helped the pro-illegal socialist/Democrats get into power by for years relentlessly bashing Bush and Republicans UNFAIRLY. See that’s why I can tell Savage is liberal putting on a radio act to make money. Because why would be call for the resignation of the Republican Speaker of the House during the peak of the election? Only a liberal would call for his resignation because he knows that this would give the election to the democrats. He bashed Hastert UNFAIRLY. There was no proof that Hastert had done anything wrong in the liberal media created Foley scandal. A real conservative would have taken Haster’s side and called this for what it was a liberal media october suprise to give the election to the Demorats. That’s just one example but I’ve seen hundreds.

I have a right to free speech too. And I am just putting out the truth and the facts. I have a right to buy from anyone i choose to also. I am not calling for the government to ban Michael Savage which is what you are saying if you say I am against free speech. I don’t think the government should ban anyone including me or savage from putting on his act but a private company can do what it wants to with its money just like i can as a private individual.

It is you savage supporters that are wrong. You shouldn’t worship any man least of all a liberal who hates you and is making fun of you savage supporters.

My pointing out the truth , that savage is a fake and a liberal, has nothing to do with CAIR. just because of that doesn’t make Savage immune from criticism . Savage can bash everyone even our president unfairly but I can’t speak the thruth against Savage?

There is no difference between Democrats and SOME Republicans.

But I’m sure you’ve seen that the Republican congress has this year blocked a lot of the socialist proposals by the Democrat Congress.

Savage is lying when he says there is no difference between the parties and he is lying so that conservatives stay home and so socialists/democrats get elected. Practically all Democrat politicians are for government healthcare and higher taxes. Most Republican politicians in congress are not for governemnt healthcare and are for lower taxes. Sure there are few liberal Republicans like many Running for the nomination now like MccAin and Huckabee but there is a difference between the parties and i’ve seen the difference in votes on taxes, government and immigration( hello Amnesty was stoped as most Replicans voted against Amnesty with only a minority of Democrats joining them)

I will contact Citrix and Trusted ID and thank them for dropping Michael Savage (Michael Weiner). Boycott all of this liberal cretin's advertisers. Michael Savage's real name is Michael Weiner and he is just a liberal and an actor. Savage donated money to ultra liberal pro-illegal, Democrat Jerry Brown.

"Rurgan", you are an absolute imbicile.

Michael Savage is a twit when considered on the whole.

The radio persona is kind of twitish, but he is not likely twitish in reality. He is philosophically superficial which seems strangely typical of those with a PhD which is odd since they have a Doctorate of Philosophy.

After Drudge’s tease, awaiting the NYT article, I was expecting the usual hatchet job.

But, does any one agree with my suprise that the Times article actually wasn’t THAT bad . . . you know, for the Times.

Then, a few weeks ago, Mr. Savage uncorked a cascade of invective about Islam. Among his on-air comments: the Koran is “a book of hate”; some Muslims, at least, “need deportation”; and adherents of Islam would do well to “take your religion and shove it up your behind” because “I’m sick of you.” Savage deserves to be thrown off the air - he is risking lives by venting his ugly insecurity about Muslims. What are you, some kind of moron? Moderate = Mindless leftie. . . the Koran speaks for itself. . . and Islamofacist terrorist are its progeny . . . You say "he's RISKING LIVES" by expressing himself about muslims and the koran. . . Are you for real??? THIS is exactly the problem. THIS is what is wrong with islam, and those who put up with the facist terrorists. A religion whose adherents have so little "faith" in themselves or their beliefs that they are compelled to strike out at any criticism, is DEEPLY flawed. Perhaps you would prefer living in Iran. . . at least there you wouldn't have to listen to anyone criticizing the Koran. . . other than the dead.....

I don’t listen to Savage very often, only once this year IIRC and that was only for a short time . But if he is getting out the truth about Islam to the American people I’m 100% behind him and his right to say anything he pleases about the danger that Islam poses to the US. If his former sponsors want to boycott him then I will boycott them. The trouble is that I haven’t listened to his program enough to know who they are.

Why don't you save yourself a ton of money and use logmein.com? It's free and better than GTMPC.

I use it on six different machines and have for a few years now.

Was a pretty fair article from the NYT.

Savage is a nut and I consider him to be a co-conspirator in the fraud that is DirectBuy. He gets his basic facts wrong constantly and he is highly irrational. And the Moonbeam endorsement-donation? Listening him explain it was pathetic.

Still, entertaining nonetheless - much more so than anyone else on at that time.

LogMeIn is an excellent alternative to GoToMyPC. We have special needs which require scripting and so will be using another product. But I urge everyone on this forum who is in business and uses GTMPC to abandon its terror-coddling maker, Citrix Inc., in favor of ANY other solution.

I reiterate, as of Jan 1st 2008, Citrix will have approx. 2,500 fewer licenses from us alone, with more being removed as the year progresses. We simply will not do business with a company like Citrix, which has endorsed an anti-American, racist and terror-supporting organization like CAIR.

Mr. Savage, whose program reaches an estimated eight million listeners a week on nearly 400 stations, suggested over the summer that a group of college students on a hunger strike in support of easing immigration restrictions should “fast until they starve to death.” In October the Board of Supervisors of San Francisco, the city from which Mr. Savage often broadcasts, took the unusual step of passing a resolution condemning him for the remarks.

I guess they like to condemn a Book that has THIS line in it as well!

OK Dude, your right, Michael Savage is a communist liberal who doesn’t believe in anything he says, and it is all an act.

You know, in fairness, I think most people here are acting like idiots because there isn't any evidence that Citrix stopped advertising on Savage because of this protest.

I don't think that the Savage audience is interested in any national advertisers that aren't scams (gold, directbuy). Though, the TrustedID is kinda dodgy.

1. Nobody in radio has more integrity than him. He doesn’t “carry water” or shill for anyone. 2. He has the passion and heart of a true conservative.
I dunno about that. Admittedly I haven't listened to him in quite awhile. But back when I did he was often ill prepared. Often didn't know central or basic facts regarding the issues he was addressing. Liberal callers would frequently get the better of him, and he would seemingly be too stupid to even notice. But I doubted he was really that stupid. Then I heard about his past (IIRC not too far past) political donations to liberal Democrats. Could easily be wrong, as I never considered this loud mouth important enough to do a fullsome personal investigation of the matter, but I've tentatively concluded that he's a phoney: pretending to be a conservative to make real conservatives look hateful and stupid, or to make a buck. Flame away. Won't bother me. I really don't care that much about this jerk.
