A certain frequent poster here, not a diarist, he's never written one as far as I can tell, has twice written comments in the last day that said that President Bill Clinton is a rapist.
The first time he did this, I wrote to him enraged and he came back and made the same charge again. Later, I started to wonder how it was that at a Democratic blog, a supporter of another candidate was publicly making such a vicious, hate filled accusation.
God damn it.
I knew, just knew, from day one of Obama's campaign when that slime Robert Gibbs, threw out the disproved right wing media smear that "the Clintons had sold out the Lincoln bedroom", that it was team Obamas plan to use the right wing playbook to take down Senator Clinton. And also, that this would eventually, inevitably lead to exactly this kind of charge being used in our own Democratic Primaries.
{Anyone reading the comments around the net - at various sites - can see that Obama supporters are doing exactly this, repeating this and every other loony charge ever made about Hillary or Bill by News Max, Bob Barr, the Freepers or Judicial Watch etc. Rush's attacks are too mild for these Obama fans with their "new style of campaigning.}
Obviously, I am not saying that the Obama campaign is encouraging its supporters to post comments around the Net saying that President Clinton is a rapist. Of course not. But, let me show you how this works and how we end up at that point.
Let's look at how team Obama works with the political media and uses the Republican - MSM narrative about the Clintons to try to win the nomination.

Well, one things for sure, Hillary isn’t going to use that accusation against Obama about him selling drugs early in his life, because Hillary knows that saying Obama sold drugs early in his life would be a low-blow.
SHE who must not be dismayed realizes that to take the low road and use incorrect information regarding the possibility that obama sold drugs early in his life would just be wrong and she WILL NOT say that Hussein Obama sold drugs early in his life. She just won’t do it!

No, he did not rape Estrich. She was assaulted many years ago, and was on the circuit a few years ago with her book, REAL RAPE. She has said that Juanita lied. Bill told her he didn’t do it. I tried to make the arrangements, and Juanita was willing, but Estrich refused to meet with her. If she did, she would be forced to confront that Juanita is telling the truth, and her friend really is a vicious rapist.

Yes, I know about Eileen Wellstone and the countless other women, having read all of the material from ‘98 and ‘99 on Capitol Hill Blue and a lot of the material on alamo-girl.com You can’t force Susan Estrich to believe Juanita or even meet with her, as infuriating as it may be to you. Your target audience must be people who are unaware of the charges and not Clinton kool-aid drinkers.
Although Capitol Hill Blue doesn’t have as much cachet as the Wall Street Journal or the Washington Post, I think the fact that their site is now rabidly anti-Bush lends it a certain amount of credibility re: the Clinton women.
Most of the women that Clinton raped, or would have if they hadn’t fought back ferociously, have not been willing to speak on the record, and who can blame them? On the other hand, they have had about 8 years to reconsider since Rick and Beverly Lambert (the PI’s hired by Paula Jones’s lawyers) first made contact with them. Maybe they’ve changed their minds about not doing interviews with the press and are just waiting for someone to ask them one more time, but not motivated enough to initiate contact? For example, what about the young woman referred to in this blurb that you wrote in 1999:

Unfortunately, doug from upland, I did not get an answer to my question: Is there any reason to worry that the web site with the 2/25/1999 Dateline NBC video will go down in response to a complaint of copyright infringement? I don’t know who is in charge of the server or what country it is in.
I’ve read many of your posts to FreeRepublic, even before I started leaving comments. And I really appreciate all of the information on Bill Clinton that you have posted over the years, esp. regarding his sex crimes, but what exactly do you mean by a FreeRepublic Manhattan Project? I worked at Los Alamos a long time ago, incidentally. The Manhattan Project required organization, leadership, tight security, and especially money, and lots of it. I’m not sure we have those things.
How do Freepers feel about Robert Morrow’s belief that Bill & Hillary must be stopped now, not in November 2008?

Thanks...I’ve already read Katherine Prudhomme-O’Brien’s account of meeting Hillary several times before, and heard Sean Hannity read most of it on the air, as well as read all the reporting by Capitol Hill Blue. But it is good to keep it active in the consciousness of Freepers who may not have read them.
Incidentally, I’d like to remind all Freepers to try to avoid the use of the word “victim” when referred to women affected by rape. “Survivor” is a preferred term.
NBC may have it yanked, particularly if a Clinton hack informs them. The show only aired once at the request of Juanita.
I’ve always believed it would be better to stop her before the nomination. She is organized on the ground like no one else and has unlimited funds. She will also cheat as we have never seen and, if necessary, there is the good old trick of people having accidents. There is nothing she will not do for the acquisition of power.
I suspect that if he did, she would sue him for defamation.
