Below is a partial translation from terrorist leader Ayman Al Zawahiri speech on December 15 2007 where he dedicated a good portion of the speech to praise what he calls the “Jihad Media” i.e. terrorist websites, forums and blogs. In his speech, Al Zawahiri emphasized on the importance of the Jihadi media to recruit muslim for Jihad and for what called “Martydom”. This is a proof right form the Horse’s Mouth about the extreme importance of the internet for the terrorists, it is their main tool to spread their terrorist propaganda, recruit people for terrorism, brainwash them with hatred, and teach them how to conduct terrorist acts. Again, we must make a lot of efforts in the war on terror to pressure the Internet Service Providers in the US and elsewhere to shut down the terrorist websites, forums, and blogs that they are hosting. We must deprive the terrorist enemy from its most important tool of propaganda and recruitment. We must turn the terrorists blind, deaf, and dumb.

“I ask allah to give the best reward for those who work in the Jihadi Media, and to strengthen because of the danger they put themselves into in order to reveal the truth about the Judeo-Crusader crimes against our islamic Ommah (**nation) and I ask them for more effort and giving, and thanks allah that the enemies, who have under their service the huge capabilities and giant media institutions, have testified their defeat in front of the small capabilities of the Mujahedeen….
I ask allah to make the men of Jihadi Media spread Islam and Unification to all the World and to broadcast the good promise to the people of Ommah to revive the spirit of pride, dignity, sacrifice, redemption, Jihad, and Martydom among muslims, to unify and their ranks to be an example for others….”

A Review of Events” was released in 3 different file formats and 5 file sizes, zipped as a compressed and password-protected RAR file, and seeded across 445 free file transfer sites. Timestamps on some of the sites indicate that the videos were uploaded on the morning of December 16 using a free service provided by mirrorit.de that facilitates 3 simultaneous uploads at once. Interestingly, the system timestamp on the videos indicate that they were created between 5:00 and 6:30 am EDT on December 16, which suggests that the files were outputted quickly from a single computer using a single master file.

I did the translation my self for what I posted. I do not know if there is yet an English translation of the full speech, but there will be one.
