Don’t you think that the fact that CGM was shown pictures of ONLY the Duke LAX team is grounds for a lawsuit? This strikes me as a sick “Russian Roulette” as it could have been any one of those players who were accused of rape. The three boys who were ultimately selected by CGM are now shown to be random victims of this monstrous lie. What a price they paid!

nothing amounting to a tort on the part of the others You sound like an attorney, so perhaps you are right. But from a layman's perspective I would think requiring them to take DNA tests, canceling their Lacrosse season, public humiliation/accusations, all based on false testimony, which was known to be false by Nifong, would all amount to something.
Time will tell.
