Liz,
Thanks for the info.
Dead Corpse,
I agree with your post #59. However, looking at the larger picture, if the Congress critters keep trying and eventually be successful in passing amnesty down the throats of 70% of Americans, the citizens may have to take matters in their own hands. Many people on both sides of the issue could be hurt.
Said critters and the rest of the government should not take any chances leading to losing our peace and tranquility.
Sorry, #61 was meant for you too. :-)
can this idiot judge be impeached?
Of course.

(2) Oppose the $1.5 BILLION funding Mexico is seeking from Bush.

NOTE: Sorry if were previously pinged to this project---trying to get it out as fast as possible.
If this was rating defense lawyers for drug dealers it sounds more like an endorsement than a threat.
Not until he'd actually taken office did Spitzer admit that Dennis Vacco had been correct, after all. In fact, it turned out Spitzer, despite earlier denials, had done the exact same thing during his unsuccessful 1994 run for AG.
LET'S SEE: Now how did the loving Spitzer family convert all that money to sonny's election? The altruistic Spitzer family runs a "do-good foundation."
Now the IRS has noted that some tax-exempt foundations are prime money laundering vehicles that use phony accounting and fake line items like "LEGAL, CONSULTING AND ADMIN FEES" that are tax evasion schemes. Some tax-exempt foundations also put ghost employees on the payroll to skim off monies.
One of the biggest scams is tax-exempt donations to similar tax-exempt organizations (these are nothing more than insider deals to skim off money---the donee takes a cut of the "donation" and launders the rest in an offshore bank for the donor's later use).

I’ll tell ya what,
Some mamby pamby liberal judge releases some one on a technicality who maybe seriously injured my family and I’m going after their sorry butts. And it wouldn’t be to talk.
Let's pray for you and your family's safety and that you won't have to act.
That’s not the point there pal.
I’m very surprised folks who have been wronged by some very stupid judicial activist or govt. moron don’t take that type of action much more often.
Joe,
I understand the point very well. I believe that all what goes on will never be resolved without a civil war! The powder kegs are already in place and the liberal judges are one group that is accelerating the spark. Americans feel that their government and/or judiciary are interested in upholding the law. The only solution is that the citizenry will take the law in their own hands.
I was merely wishing you and your family well. There was no misunderstanding on my part!
What say you?
I’m hopeful that a civil war is not in the cards but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a red state vs. bluse state seperation.
I'm afraid there is more than that.
Our recent elections, mounting rhetoric and discourse tell us that a newly elected President is loathed by 50% of the population from day one. Add to this the numerous powder kegs that are out there:
1- Americans vs. illegals that becomes Americans vs. Hispanics
2- Conservatives vs. liberals (red vs. blue states)
3- Christians/Jews vs. Moslems (after a terrorist act)
4- Blacks vs. whites
Any of the above could very well be misconstrued as one or more of the others if it goes off. Any small incident(s) would turn into an uncontrollable disaster.
I just hope Im wrong and that sanity will prevail.
One of my brothers in law, a lawyer thinks eventually the north west like Montana and Washington state as well as much of the mid east will eventually fight to leave the union as they are tired of paying for the stupidity of Calif.N.Y. and others and their ways.
Mostly white, Christian hard working areas tired of paying for others welfare and GODlessness.
We’ll see.
Interesting, thanks.
