Conservatives who meet Romney endorse him. The DNC has attacked him more than any other candidate.

I suspect it was just a figurative endorsement, not a literal one.

People who care about the border and have backed Tancredo in the past are some pretty involved people. They know what’s going on. This endorsement will garner Romney one new vote. And evidently Tancredo will be happy to give it to him. I won’t.

Duncan Hunter and Fred Thompson deserve this vote. And one of them will get mine.

Are you in Iowa? Both Hunter and Fred will be lucky to make it past Iowa...in Fred’s case he’s running low on money and needs our help.

Very disappointing.

Romney is squishy on the borders and a lot of other important issues.

Maybe Romney offered him a job, win or lose?

Years ago the Denver Post got on Tandcredo’s case because he had work done on his house, and the contracting company, got caught hiring illegal aliens. So that is why I think he empathizes with Romney.

I agree my opinion of Romney won’t change with Tanc’s endorsement.

Maybe Romney offered him a job...

Maybe that's a good thing, especially if one likes Tancredo's immigration stance.

Who wouldn't empathize? I've had work done to my house where the company I hired showed up with people of questionable legality. I never knew for sure and of course I don't have the legal right to demand to see someone's "papers"... whatever those papers might be.

Tanc may not think Hunter has a chance, but he’s the only one who built a fence and who I trust with getting it done.

“Conservatives who meet Romney endorse him. The DNC has attacked him more than any other candidate.”

Some people in this forum (who support the CFR guy with ultra liberal record with Kennedy and Feingold) work together with DNC and DailyKos and spread the same BS stories about Romney.

Conservatives, by and large, support Romney. Bork, Tancredo etc great americans and know what they are talking about.

We should all be thankful for Tancredo. He raised the profile of illegal immigration and now everybody opposes amnesty. His work was valuable.

Except that unfortunately, Hunter will never have the chance to get it done.

I agree. Rommny doesn’t have the courage or guts to uphold illegal immigration.

It appears that some people didn’t bother listening to what Mr. Tancredo said in the interview.

No I’m not. The boys with the money are closet leftists. Where have we seen that before?

So tompster, are you actually implying that a vast majority of Free Republic members are working with KOS and DU?

Is that your position?

I thought you were mildly amusing, but now I think you are nuts...

If you are a "Conservative" and think this is a place for KOS and DU allies, why are you here?
