An extreme headache is often the sign of a stroke.A side effect from the overuse of Viagra?
To: codercpc
Yeah...you’re right....although with sinuses usually it’s your ear drum breaking!

No, not usually.
Someone having a stroke, depending on severity, might look like they're drunk, confused, have numbness, a blank expression... The symptoms vary depending on the part of the brain affected.

He’ll make a fine Attorney General in the Thompson administration, with Duncan Hunter as Secretary of Defense, John Bolton at the State Department, John McCain at Energy, JC Watts at HUD, Mitt Romney at Treasury and Jeb Bush at FEMA.

I understand the confusion, but I work out of my house (aren't I lucky!) and read the electronic medical records to do billing. Ain't technology great!
My company contracts out to Hospitals all over the country. I also work for some of the VA clinics (two of which are in California), so my day entails medical maladies from across the US. It is pretty exciting to see which area of the country gets the first positive flu test of each year too, and how quickly it spreads.
Oh, and BTW, Wisconsin gets a huge influx of migrant workers every year during picking season (in my area it's pickles). And years ago I did some work for a "subsidized" health clinic that had a huge amount of Mexican clients.

Did Rudy pick up something nasty from one of his gay roommates, whom a NYT piece from after 9/11 described him kissing goodbye every morning when he went to work?

If he is prone to migraines, dehydration coupled with a migraine trigger (minor food alergy, for example) can induce an extream migraine. Corona light flashes in vision, nausea, blood pressure spike, chills and fever, etc.
A headache like this has to be experienced to be fully understood.

It could simply be a migraine caused by stress. No big whoop.

You know, the damnedest thing is, I didn’t even know Giuliani had a lisp until the first debate. Nor did my husband. (We giggled about it. And his granny glasses.)
