EDWARDS, CO - On December 20, 2007 at approximately 11:40pm, the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) arrested Robert Hernreich, age 62 of Edwards charging him with Domestic Violence, two counts of Second Degree Criminal Trespass, and Harassment, all misdemeanor charges.
The arrest stemmed from a 911 call placed on December 20, 2007 at approximately 11:14pm reporting a domestic in progress.
Henreich was released from the Eagle County Detention on a personal recognizance bond and is due back in court on January 14th, 2008.

It has nothing to do with Bill, it is simply economic “class”. You have money and live in the right neighborhood you too can get special treatment. I assume you noted the neighborhood.
Most political decisions these days from immigration to ... are based on turning us back to a serf master system. When WS investment bankers get a 14% bonus increase for lousy performance, and these people can get Congress to help out on bad loans that never should have been made for which we will all pay in the long run. Local developer Robert Hernreich was arrested Thursday on a variety of charges including domestic violence, the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office said.

EAGLE COUNTY — Local developer and sports team owner Robert Hernreich was arrested Thursday on charges including domestic violence, the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office said.
Hernreich, 62, who’s currently developing the Edwards Condominiums project, was arrested after a 911 call around 11:15 p.m. He was charged with domestic violence, two counts of second degree criminal trespass, and harassment, all misdemeanor charges.
Because of the sensitive nature of domestic violence cases, the Sheriff’s Office won’t release any specific details about the incident, spokeswoman Shannon Cordingly said.
The Sheriff’s Office also did not identify the person who made the 911 call or the alleged victim.
In a statement, Hernreich’s lawyer said there was no “violence” in the incident.
“Mr. Hernreich is dismayed that, in using the term ‘domestic violence’ in a county-issued press release, there is an implication of physical contact or abuse. Unequivocally, that is not the case. There was no violence,” said Terry O’Connor, Hernreich’s attorney, in a written statement. “This, in no way, implies that we are not sensitive to the allegations but want to clearly state that there was no physical contact whatsoever relative to the misdemeanor charges.”
Hernreich was released from the Eagle County Jail on a personal recognizance bond and is due back in court on Jan. 14, 2008.
Hernreich is a part-owner of the Sacramento Kings basketball team. Hernreich’s Sacramento Monarchs, which he co-owns, won the WNBA championship in 2005. He also owns the Arizona Rattlers, a team on the Arena Football League.
“Mr. Hernreich regrets the terrible misunderstanding— especially during this festive holiday season. He looks forward to the legal process prevailing and to an amicable resolution through the justice system,” O’Connor said.

As for details on the arrest, all that is showing so far is a Statement by the Sheriff’s Dept which is short on details..Some other sites are blank...maybe a blackout on this news ?...interesting eh ?...Hernreich lives in Vail Colo and is developing a condo project there which was designed by the WTC architect....He is also part owner of the AZ Rattlers Arena Football Team and part owner of the NBA Sacramento Kings. Yep, sounds like a Clinkstone magnet alright ..
