The New York farm that is defying New York's agriculture department by organizing a limited liability company to distribute raw milk will have its day in court. The LLC approach for those who want raw milk has been around for some time. What seems to be the issue is that these farmers are fighting the Ag Board in court with the support of local law enforcement. The state, esp a blue one like NY can never allow itself to be turned back by the little guy. They will be crushed, its just a matter of time.

The real issue is if they are going to bring the LLC concept down with them.
