Posted at the request of a Paul supporter.

IMO essentially accurate, though it simply restates what's been said on FR for months.

Here you go, feel free to point out the factual inaccuracies. If unable, just whine away.

Oh, I’m sure they will—en masse.

Sorry I missed the Russert interview.

Article’s analysis is spot on.

Jack, the problem with Ron is not that 70 percent of which you agree with, nor the 30 percent which you find him unsuitable. It's his complete and total inability to ground himself in reality to explain HOW he'd accomplish that with which you agree.

The mark of a true loser is a person who, when pressed for specifics, just shrugs his shoulders and hopes you won't notice. That description fits Paul to a "T".

His ideas SOUND good and appeal to those angry with the government, but people aren't looking past their anger to understand what's underneath isn't even smoke and mirrors--it's a totally empty vacuum.

Wow, excellent post. 'Hard to see anything wrong with this.

I would like to see specifics of where Paul has attacked President Reagan. Paul used to tout President Reagan's kind words about Paul written when Reagan was president and Paul was a mainstream conservative Republican congressman.

Watch the Meet the Press videos where Paul calls Reagan “a failure.”

All true... But that potato head made a fool of Ron Paul in every segment. Actually, all he did was quote Paul and ask him to explain, which Paul was unable to do. He also clearly had facts at hand that Paul should have at hand and doesn’t.

End analysis = Paul is full of hot air! And, Russert is still a liberal potato head...

So why did Hillary’s supporters want him “executed”?

Hopefully he generates some electoral support as the primaries approach.

I have yet to hear a single “sound” RP position. I have heard some temping rhetoric. But to be a “sound position,” there must be an element of reality involved, as well as a workable plan of implementation. He has neither, on any issue position I have heard?

How hard is it to attack the IRS, the most hated of all government agencies? Attack it, sure. But get rid of it? How?

Last I knew, Paul did not have a single fan among his congressional buddies, except maybe socialist Kucinich. It’s as if Paul supporters think a president can wave a magic wand or something. Where’s the reality and the plan? He knows neither, best I can tell.
