Why doesn’t this guy just run as a Dem and be done with it?

Because the idea is to destroy the Republican Party by exploiting Christian fundamentalists. The Clintons are (perhaps) funding him. Bill and Mike are chums.

What is amazing is the number of Republicans and conservatives who seem to be taken in by his religious rethoric, overlooking the fact that Huckabee is left of Castro — “the government will take care of you, because it knows better” — just ask the Cubans.

I always had rudy figured for the clinton stalking horse, but I’m beginning to believe the Arkansas Grifter Mark II is filling that role and quite well I might add...
