Because the idea is to destroy the Republican Party by exploiting Christian fundamentalists. The Clintons are (perhaps) funding him. Bill and Mike are chums.

I am afraid you may have hit the nail on the head.

Back a year or two ago, I read about how Soros was using groups to fund other groups, to fund other groups to try to influence and divide Republicans.

Huckabee’s sudden rise is more than suspicious.

You may be on to something there. Some on FR would say that Rudy (or Mitt, or McCain) would destroy the Republican party if any of them end up as the candidate...and that’s certainly arguable...but this guy seems to be the worst of the worst.

I do not know whether or not he is funded by those on the Democrat side.

I do know that by reading about his record and listening to all not part of his ideals tells me this guy is not going to be a candidate that can be supported by those right of center.

With that said there is a great number of folks that are just fed up with government in Washington me included.

It seems that both parties have few little differences when it comes to the good of the people their supposed to represent.

Immigration would not be where it is today had the people in power in Washington represented the wishes of the majority.

McClain thought he could piss on his base and the ignorant chattering classes would soon forget his treachery.

Romney like a trollop danced with every one who he thought would advance his career.

Now The Huckster comes along and screams loud that it’s Washington's fault.

I think that is the same campaign rhetoric that Nancy used in 06.

"destroy the Republican Party by exploiting Christian fundamentalists."

Recall that imposter Rep.Huffington (R-CA) and his wife Ariana had successfully penetrated the party. He, a homosexual and she a Greek communist.

It was Rudy Giuliani who launched Huckabee in Iowa.

Carl Cameron reported that on Fox News about 2 months ago. Giuliani did so to stop Romney’s early state momentum and strategy.
