I believe the bulk of the progress in revesing the jihadist terrorism must be credited to America's servicemen. Syria and their cohort's in Shi'ite geared terrorism has been rather busy murdering Lebanese Christian opposition leadership.
As far as the Wahhabist Saudis; their secret mega-donations to jihadist terrorist causes & madrasas from Islamabad to Brixton to Brooklyn have most likely increased, due to the extra billions they have been earning due to Arabian OPEC oil exports almost topping $100 a barrel.
