You hate politicians. I would too if I lived in Tennessee it seems the state has a long history of reelecting corrupt politicians the likes of the Ford family. And unfortunately it doesn’t look like voters are making much effort to change that. Maybe Bob Corker will start a new trend.

We either cut off benefits to illegals or go bankrupt....simple choice.

That’s too bad. If they would quit stealing and putting their family and friends on the payroll; they just might have enough money.

I wrote Jim Webb (Virginia Senator Democrat) a letter asking him about his views on illegal immigration and he wrote back stating he was against it but, he had voted to allow a few that had been here a while to stay, meaning he was for amnesty.

It is like this all across the USA. Very dangerous, TB coming across the border but, who is looking?

Agree. There is NO political theory that justifies a tax on food.
Period.

What’s next? Tax the air itself?

What if you grow some lettuce in your backyard? The government thugs with face masks and fully automated weapons gonna smash your door in and demand you pay a tax?
