It is absolutely absurd to not have to show photo ID to vote. The founders had it right when originally you had to be a property owner, IOW, have a vested interest in the country, to vote. Of course, the founders also never considered that there would be the creation of a welfare state that has been extended from those who can’t to those who won’t.....

It is absolutely absurd to not have to show photo ID to vote.
In a time when a person has to produce a photoID for the smallest
of loan transactions (due to the USA Patriot Act)...it just doesn't
make sense to have have the same requirement for voting.
