Mike Huckabee is a mean nasty man with no class. A Sunday Christian that throws stones from a very fragile glass house. Has he apologized to GW for calling his foreign policy arrogant and bunker mentality? Has he apologized to Cheney for saying he did not invite him on his hunting trip because he wanted to come back alive? No. This tax raising, terrorist apologist, grande criminal pardoner is no one to say someone else needs to apologize.

“Mitt Romney is running a very desperate and, frankly, a dishonest campaign,” Huckabee said in Des Moines on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “If you aren’t being honest in obtaining the job, can we trust you if you get the job?”

Wow! Say what you want, but it took balls for Huckabee of all people to slam somebody on the honesty question. Wow!

Huck on criminal justice from today:

“Just as he was about to embark on his run, a jogger came up to him and said he was leaning towards voting for him but wanted to know his views about rehabilitating prisoners (he runs a halfway house). Huckabee launched into a three minute explanation of his view that “people who are dangerous” should be locked up, but “people we’re just mad at” should be rehabilitated if possible. The jogger liked his answer, said Huckabee had his vote, and headed off on his run. After asking about ice on the path, Huckabee set out too.”

We put folks in jail because we’re just mad at them.

If Huckabee has lost his lead, don’t worry, Blumberg is waiting in the wings to run as a Third Party.

I bear no ill will of any kind toward ANY Repubican, and am proud of our entire field of candidates, but Mike Huckabee will never be POTUS. You can take that to the bank.

Mitt nailed Huck on pardons. Huck granted 1,033 pardons and commutations and Mitt granted zero. Quite a contrast. Huck can’t argue these facts are lies so he himself looks ridiculous and desperate. Mitt wins this round.

I heard Huck this morning on with the Friends on Fox...he played the victim knocking Mitt for having and spending money. When Steve asked him about his dropping numbers, he said that he had the MO for momentum while Mitt had the MO for money. He still gives me the creeps.

Huckabee is stupid as his recent comments re Pakistan show. He will never win and he hurt Hunter and Thompson’s chances.

Huckabee lashed out at Mitt Romney as desperate, dishonorable and dishonest

Alliteration. The last refuge of a scoundrel.

Romney did not go negative. Romney pointed out the truth about Huckabee's liberal policies in Arkansas.

In my mind, an ad is negative when it attacks someone’s personal character. John McCain uses the MSM newspaper endorsements in an ad to call Romney a “phony.” That’s negative and personal. It doesn't address one's policies or the issues at hand. Additionally, Huck's use of religion as a divisive tool is negative, not factual or policy based.

When Romney runs an ad contrasting himself and Huck on a matter of public policy, he’s not resorting to an ad hominem attack.

None of Romney's factual contrast ads can be disputed factually by Huck or McCain. They can't deny the truth of the allegations, but instead they call it an "attack" or "mean-spirited" or "hostile." Poor babies. LOL.

Huckabee has surged because he won a couple of debates and he’s got evangelical support. If a quick rise can happen to the liberal pro-life evangelical Huckster, it can happen to the conservative pro-life evangelical Hunter.

According to Intrade, the winner of the December 12th GOP debate was... Duncan Hunter.
