Maybe, instead of a back porch smart remark you could have had a staffer read and summarize the report for you or....
Instead of just claiming to have actual foreign policy experts on your side, you could have demonstrated it by citing a briefing by one of them.
Nah a smart ass remark is more your style.
How anyone could trust this guy amazes me.
I’m amazed, too. What I really can’t figure out is how he can have so much alleged support (both nationally and in Iowa). Yet I see very little support for him on these FR threads. I had expected the usual suspects to get behind Huck and attack any of us who question his policies.
It’s really odd that a candidate can supposedly have so much support out there and it doesn’t show up on these boards.
I got curious and looked around the internet for info on the children. Son John Mark seemed to have a world class collection of non-biblical reading material while in college. Not quite the family value I expected from such a pious family. Now I wonder, if Huck becomes the prez and one of his kids gets into trouble, does he pardon the kid and fire the cop?
If true, I’m sorry I’m bringing it to your attention but I think voters have the right to know because it surely would be brought up by the dems if he’s the Republican nominee. The MSM isn’t informing us.

Your post is probably the reason the MSM love Huck. The fact that his kids seem to be absent from the campaign trail speaks volumes.
I really wonder about those who want Huck. It is as though they are so blinded they are unable to dig deeper. They have put Huck up on a pedestal more for his talk than his record and his actions.
Really troubling.
Nothing is too low for an Arkansas Politician or have we forgotten those eight long years. Anyway, Huck doesn’t have to worry about reading those reports, he would require someone to read them to him, tell him what the polls are on the issue and prepare his statement. If this joke is ever allowed to speak for himself, without media protection, he’s history. The Dems know this and are strongly supporting his campaign.
On the other hand, fear runs rampant throughout all the campaigns at the mention of Fred Thompson simply because they don’t know how to cope with the plain unvarnished truth.
LOL!
Well, my defense is that I had not paid too much attention to him and thought he was just "a good ole boy" who would fade into the woodwork--and that is what I hope happens. Soon.
There is something about him that seems disingenuous that makes me uneasy.
It could be that "ordained Baptist ministers" are a dime a dozen in the South and some are the biggest hypocrits you'll find outside a Clinton aides meeting.
Aren’t Clinton and Huckabee both from Hope Ark.?
That would make a great tag line,,,it might bring a lot of flames, but it is oh so true. ( about some, not all )
