For the Chinese soldiers, it involves standing with bricks on their heads while other soldiers take a sledgehammer and smash the bricks.I saw something like that on MXC recently.

The Chinese soldiers' astounding feats of strength and skill ended in a crescendo of incredible kung fu sequences. That wasn't a war game...they were simply celebrating Festivus!

They can smash bricks with their heads. We have aircraft carriers.
Actually, I take China very seriously. They spent a lot of money getting modern military technology. This kung-fu stuff isn't going to pay dividends. But the billions they spend on defense will.

Qigong also includes withstanding aggressive attacks by bricks and wooden sticks, being lifted aloft with sharpened spears and splintering wooden blocks with bare hands. The Chinese soldiers' astounding feats of strength and skill ended in a crescendo of incredible kung fu sequences.Nothing but parlor tricks. Let's see them try their fancy kung fu sequences against BJJ and MMA trained Marines. Can you say ground and pound?

Somehow, I don’t think kung fu and yoga are any match for an MOAB.

Chuck Norris performs the same exercise but instead of bricks on his head, they're on his cojones......
