The only thing about Huck I’m actually unaware of is his position on healthcare - what is it? And what’s his record on it?
He’s right on the touchy-feely issues. He’s wrong on issues that affect me, my wife and our future children, and my ability to provide for them financially, and keep them safe from terrorists and criminals, foreign and domestic.

I don't like his lack of specificity on what he thinks government's role in the health care system ought to be, particularly when he promises "policies" that will "provide incentives" for preventative care.
I especially don't like some of the "preventative medicine" he
has prescribed, such as a nationwide public smoking ban. It's hard not to wonder whether banning trans fats and the sorts of foods he himself eschews is far behind.
He does make some good points, however, such as that America needs to get away from employer-provided health care, and that we need to expand health savings plans. Still, he's light on specifics.
With things like ARKids in his past and his more recent refusal to say he would have vetoed the SCHIP expansion, I think it's safe to say his health care policy would be an extension of the Bush Administration's. While preferable to what the Democrats are selling, that's Not a Good Thing.
