Apparently these reporters don’t know what superdelegates are and how they are already committed to HRC. I forgot about this aspect of the democrat nomination process (in place since the McGovern debacle) but there is a recent FR post about its relevance here. HRC has an ace up her sleeve yet to play. I doubt things will be wrapped up by Feb 5 quite as neatly as this article concludes.

You could tell from the first sentence that this article is full of baloney. Everyone knows that Bill Clinton was America’s first black president!

Recriminations have begun in Clinton’s campaign over her failure...

Didn't Hillary just purchase a Guillotine?

All I have to say is that if O. Hussein Barrack is smart he won’t offer the VP to Hitlery...that could be a fatal mistake...

This isn’t directly a propos to your post but I’m curious as to how many FReepers share my amusement. The Democratic party is the great practitioner of racial, ethnic, and gender-identity politics. You see innumerable “caucus” factions in Congress, too many to cite here. Now that the primary has come down to a contest between a black male and a female, why don’t we hear from all the feminist groups? What about the black lobbyists who demand that a black is entitled to be president after so many years of oppression? And why not a black FEMALE? And Richardson can’t be left out because we need a Hispanic! And Hillary is not just a female but a WHITE(!) female. Have you noticed that all the MSM utter nary a peep - because they’re all liberals? It seems that it’s better to keep the balkanization of American politics in a discrete PC silence if a white male can’t be traduced and castigated as part of the “establishment.” The silence speaks volumes!

“I'm very concerned that you can’t state [Obama’s] middle name . . . and his past life.”

You can't?

She confirmed she was referring to Hussein, Obama’s Muslim middle name, and his use of drugs as a young man.

She certainly seems to have been able to, quite easily in fact. Liberalism really is a mental disorder.

We have our own problems, but I can’t help but giggle at the thought of Hillary turning purple as all her glorious dreams of ultimate power crumble into dust.

Having said that, it’s not a matter of “will things get dirty” it’s more like “how dirty is she willing to get”... and my gut feeling is that she will use every nasty trick in the book and then write a few extra chapters.

Pass the popcorn. This should be fun.

Nonsense...this is only cementing Obama as the VP. Hillary’s not going away.

Hillary is goin' down big time. If she can't win in New Hampshire, which is next to the New York media market - stick a fork in her campaign - she's done. She is going into a total campaign meltdown in the face of the Obama juggernaut. It couldn't happen to a more deserving junior Senator from New York. I wonder how that arrogance works for her campaign chairman Terry McAwful.

I care about only one thing in this election: At some point, Hillary is prevented from getting into the White House. At that moment, I believe, she and the Rapist will become the most has-been of has-beens.
