Well, that's not the case with many homosexuals. I have a friend who worked for American Airlines. It was "Homo Capital". The stories she'd tell! Most of the gross stuff came from after-work get togethers/socializing.

Here in our small-town Walmart, there was a confused young man. I watched him over a period of several months transition from just having somewhat feminine speech to wearing primarily pink, and finally a pair of pink chandelier earrings to work! That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I had to talk to the manager. She said she'd had lots of complaints and asked me to call corporate. I did. He was fired the next week, and everyone was relieved. They knew he was just pushing the envelope further and further, and they were all bothered by it. But it took customers to complain.
