A Super Ball bounce or a dead cat bounce?
It’s going to be a LONG RACE, to a brokered convention...
PATIENCE wins the race, not the media.
Yeah i know. Two months ago that performance would have been important.
Go Fred Go Fred...
you the man!
*************************EXCERPT******************************
The 2008 presidential election is the most unusual and most important in many years. Its been more than five decades since such a race didnt feature an incumbent President or Vice President. Since World War II, America has not had a presidential election at a time when the stakes were higher. Conservatives have to win this election, and to do so, we have to identify a candidate around whom we all can rally.
Fundamental Beliefs
We begin by recalling the profound words of Ronald Reagan at the Conservative Political Action Conference Feb. 15, 1975: A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency or simply to swell its numbers. We believed that then, and we believe it now. The issue for us -- and for the conservative community -- boils down to which of the candidates is most representative of the fundamental conservative principles we believe in. The answer is Fred Thompson.

FRed bump!
My fingers are crossed.
Is it me, or has FOX become Fred friendly in the past week and a half?
I suspect: (1) they were losing viewers and (2) you can only ignore an elephant in the room so long.
A brokered convention is a guaranteed Dem win with a potential 8 years as POTUS, both houses of congress, and a solid left judiciary for 25 years to come.
This morning on Fox and Friends the female on spot correspondent was darn near gushing over Fred when she talked about him and said he basically won hands down and dismantled Hickabee.
With 47 states to go?
Don’t be ridiculous.
Yeah i know. Two months ago that performance would have been important
If Fred makes it to Tennessee, he will get my vote. However, it’s way past time that he wakes up and quits acting like a glue horse. He looked like a stallion in the debate.
I really don't think Huckster's supporters care about any of that. Sadly, he is perceived as "most Christian," and that is all they seem to care about.
ONLY true if the candidate to face the Hildabeast is a RINO....then, she wins easily, as conservatives are tired of Republicans who have no balls.
Yes, I think Fox is a bit more Fred friendly. And so is National Review.
It’s not too late, because it’s still a 5 man race, and the voting will continue to be split, with no one getting a majority. So it’s important that Fred stays in and develops as the preferred alternative to each of the other candidates.
But Fox is still drinking some of the MSM koolaid. For instance, this trite jab: “since formally launching his late-game campaign in September.” Fred waited until Labor Day, as I expected he would, which is approximately 14 months before the election. That’s a late entry? Only because hillary and Barrack decided to announce half a year earlier than usual.
Too late? We have a Super Bowl, an NBA Championship and a World Series to win before people really start paying attention.
