Minuteman speakers blast Graham's immigration stance

A group of vocal foes of illegal immigration continued to marshal support Friday night, recruiting new members, calling for new laws and escalating their criticism of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham.

"This fight is not just about illegal immigration," said state Rep. Thad Viers, R-Myrtle Beach, who helped organize the group. "The fight is about preserving American culture and preserving our way of life."

Almost every speaker Friday mentioned Graham, by name or by an oblique reference to "the senator."

"He's a traitor to his party and a traitor to all South Carolina people," said Robert Warren, an audience member who spoke during the meeting's open forum. "We can't allow him in there again."

Graham earned the ire of such activists through his support of failed legislation that would have strengthened border security while creating a lengthy path to citizenship for illegal immigrants already in the country, dubbed "amnesty" by political opponents.

I heard Graham shilling for McCain on FOX the other day and it only served to remind me just how much I detest both of them.

Well, the MSM is picking John McCain.

Lindseed will never be VP...it would be Lieberman.

I don’t vote for Democrats.

Little Lord Flimsy Tinkerbelle has been a huge disappointment to South Carolina. He doesn’t like being criticized, either, so these protesters had better watch out.

El Rushbo read out a list of bills that Grahamnesty’s pal John McCain co-sponsored with liberal Democrats:

McCain-Feingold

McCain-Kennedy

McCain-(Feinstein, Durbin, Harkin, etc.)

BS. The "Z visa" would have made illegals IMMEDIATELY legal and it could have been renewed indefinitely. If that ain't amnesty, then I don't know what is.

I would suspect Lindsey feels emboldened by McCain’s resurrection.

Yes, he is. He supports McCain in a radio commercial on our local morning drive program every day.

No he was up in NH. I saw him on a fox report. He is looking horrible. Amazing that we have an actual virgin in the Senate. An Asexual. Unbelievable.

It’s interesting that the anger is still there toward Graham, but McCain seems to be getting a pass? What have you heard?

Speaking of SOUTH CAROLINA, folks....

Folks, here is where they could be and could have already been in severe violation of State or Federal Election Law, and FCC Law in the last few days:

At the beginning of the both the debate in New Hampshire and later in the debate in South Carolina, the moderators started into the show announcing, on national TV (and particularly to the voters of those states) to the effect that (and particularly in South Carolina-I rolled the tape again):

"Here are the GOP Primary Candidates"

Freepers, and Hunter Supporters: This is a serious miss-statement of the facts and as a public media announcement, is just as illegal as announcing that the election will be held on January 20th, even though it will be held on January 19th, in other words, limiting voters' choices through misstatement or misrepresentation. Election Fraud.

Fox TV, MSNBC, the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Republican Party of South Carolina individually and as a group are in serious error to state, via the mass media with the Official Sponsorship of the Party at a political promotional event, that the men on the stage are the sole choices in an election within the primary contest held by the Party, if legally there are others also on the state ballot. This is the approach I would have the potential lawsuit(s) take.

People have been arrested on spreading word, through phone calls or circulars, that the election would be a day later than it was, and this is no different when you publicly state who the candidates are but do not have a disclaimer that the men on stage do not represent all of those legally on the ballot.

Passing this on to the Hunter Campaign would be appreciated.

McCain has psychological problems and his physical health apparently is none too good. McCain also has character issues. Creepy guy who brings to mind a villain in a horror film.
