What panic, exactly ? Sure, the terror alert level has been heightened, as it should have been given the circumstances, but I fail to see anything resembling "panic".

On January 4 2008 a member of Ekhlaas terrorist forum called “Morabet Mowahed” started a thread on the forum calling for attacks on Paris France.

Dear Morabet Mowahed, if memory serves me right, you were beaten to it - and by a five-year margin - by a number of Freepers, some of whom might sue you for plagiarism or copyright infringement. ;-)
