How do you determine what was catchable? One side effect of that was that both of Brady's incompletes hit the receiver's hands. He would be perfect under your system, although the last one wasn't catchable (even by Moss.)

The current system favors the receivers way too much. Receiver has it in his hands and drops it - QBs fault, receiver broke off his route - QBs fault, receiver not quite where he should be - QBs fault, receiver starts running before he has control of the ball - QBs fault.
I understand that catching a football isn’t that easy or that uncalled PIs etc. can have an effect but none of those things are the QBs fault either.
