If Nixon was guilty of doing illegal things, then any true conservative would say that he should be held accountable. Those who would say that, well, we can let him off because he's one of us or because not letting him off would be bad for our cause wouldn't be conservative at all, merely another form of the relativist liberal given over to expediency.

Okay, it took me three years. What gives? When Thompson wanted to marry was his own prerogative. It's not even comparable to a U.S. policy decision. I mean, this is silly.
