I thought it was that round thingie that holds the headgear on. There are over 200 princes in Saudi Arabia.

I’m not an expert but I notice the king seems to be the only one who wears black robes, and he always has a white sheet on his head as opposed to a red checkered one. (The checkered ones look like they just whipped off their table cloth and wrapped it around their heads! LOL)
