Yesterday, Wally the (Empty) Taxpayer Wallet went down to the Arizona Legislature for the opening day of the 2008 Session. His mission was to deliver the Empty Wallet Award to Rep. Steve Farley (D-Tucson), who earned the lowest score on the 2007 Legislative Scorecard from the Arizona Federation of Taxpayers and Americans for Prosperity.
