Audio of an Honor Killing, Sarah Said slowly dying

An update in regards to the recent honor killings in Texas of Sarah Said, 17, and Aminah Said 18.

This makes you sick, the audio shows that Sarah just sat there suffering until she slowly died, with her sister most likely already dead in the cab with her. This is the result of Islam, this is what an honor killing sounds like:

In Texas we have the death penalty. The Murderer may be facing it fairly soon.

Sarah called 911 from a cell phone, making the location much more difficult to determine than had she called from a landline. Sadly, by the time emergency crews found the girls, they were dead.

This guy had a record of multiple run-ins with police, most of them regarding domestic violence. He was/is a creep, through and through. His religion, in this case, may or may not have been a contributing factor, but it certainly wasn’t the whole story.

I made that assumption thats why I mentioned that the Operator should have obtained a location first. He should have seen there was a problem with his system.

I’ve never seen a news report of an honor killing of a male, always a female. So these 2 girls ‘dishonored’ their family in some way that ‘justified’ their deaths.

After a lot of study on the subject, the explanation I come up with is this:

In Islamic culture, women are the property of some man -- father, husband, brother. When your property disrespects you by defying you, that lowers your status in the eyes of your peers. The only way you can recover your status is by demonstrating that you will react violently, lethally, to any source of "disrespect"

Such violent behavior is necessary in uncivilized, predatory cultures because if you appear weak, then you are prey. Survival depends on not appearing weak

Noticing the similarities between Islamic culture and our domestic "inner city" culture, it's not surprising that both cultures deem it necessary to respond with extreme violence to being "disrespected".When you examine Arab culture, it is even more dysfunctional than our inner cities, in that the men ARE weak. They kill their women rather than risk fighting another male who makes a disparaging remark

In this case the “honor killing” was because they were associating with non-Muslim boys

You should also research the Islamic term "mahr", which they translate as "dowry" but which is more accurately understood as "bride price". To get a Muslim wife, the husband has to put up money up front. Officially, this money goes to the woman as her property in case she is divorced. In real life, the father tends to hold onto it for her

You’ve made two replies to my posts, and in both of them you make assumptions and are downright rude.

I live just a few miles from where these girls lived. I’ve followed the case closely. Their father is obviously allied with the religion of Islam. My contention, based on facts I’ve read about the case, is that he is a dangerous and evil man regardless of his religion. How can you suggest I’m apologizing for anyone when I’ve denounced the perp as evil?
