'Hillary Clinton does not respect our people'(Obama Does-Something Republicans Don't Get)
Politico.Com ^ | January 17, 2008 | Ben Smith

The radio ad aired by one of Obama's labor allies re-injects ethnicity into the Democratic primary contest in sharp terms.

"Hillary Clinton does not respect our people," the ad says in Spanish (original and Clinton campaign translation after the jump), referring to the lawsuit that failed today to shut down special caucus sites on Las Vegas' strip. "Hillary Clinton is shameless.""Sen. Obama is defending our right to vote. Sen. Obama wants our votes. He respects our votes, our community, and our people. Sen. Obama’s campaign slogan is 'Si Se Puede.' Vote for a president who respects us, and who respects our right to vote," the ad says, according to a transcript provided by the Clinton campaign and confirmed in part by a union official.

UNITE HERE Negative Ad (Translation) Hillary Clinton does not respect our people. Hillary Clinton supporters went to court to prevent working people to vote this Saturday — that is an embarrassment.

Hillary Clinton supporters want to prevent people from voting in their workplace on Saturday. This is unforgivable. Hillary Clinton is shameless. Hillary Clinton should not allow her friends to attack our people’s right to vote this Saturday. This is unforgivable; there’s no respect Sen. Obama is defending our right to vote. Sen. Obama wants our votes. He respects our votes, our community, and our people.

Sen. Obama’s campaign slogan is “Si Se Puede” (“Yes We Can”). Vote for a president that respects us, and that respects our right to vote. Obama for president, “Si Se Puede” (“Yes We Can”).

In a nation where most everything hinges around race and racial allegiances, Obama gets it. Playing to Hispanic distrust, disgust and in many cases, hatred of the Anglo establishment, Obama easily courts the Hispanic vote by playing "his" race card as the outsider minority fighting for minorities rights, fighting against the oppressor. In the New Century of rapidly changing demographics, Republican's best consider their fading fortunes in the growing glow of the Hispanic light in America or they will find themselves utterly irrelevant in 20 years and permanently marginalized. Another interesting facet of this demographic sunami is the potential speed and virulence with which the new Hispanic Democrat Party contingent may well it's cast Anglo Liberal Global Marxist Leadership to the curb in disdain.

You know what the flow of illegal immigrants into this country represents so far? A trickle. That’s right. It is, and has been, a mere trickle of illegal immigration.

Compared to the 100 million plus flood that will follow an Obama victory in November.

I love Obama. He really gets us. Well he really gets anyone who is hispanic or black. Anyone else befuddles him. Then there is his pastor who seems to hate white people.

Yeah I want a president who listens to anti-American and anti-white rants every Sunday.

What do you suggest?

I consider the main problem of the Republicans to be that they run and hide from Conservatism.

But by all means stay home if you don’t like the Republican nominee....

If Republicans can only remain relevant by trying to out-pander the ‘rat party, especially to special-interest groups based on race, it’s all over but the crying anyway. if Hispanics become such a large majority in the US that they must be courted as a bloc separate from the rest of America, and “Hispanic” values rather than American values appealed to, then it’s finished. When groups no longer assimilate into America but create their little nations within the nation, it’s not America anymore, especially if the group is large enough. Substitute “Muslims” for Hispanics, and the wrongness of this will be more obvious.

Do the sheeple realize that “Si Se Puede” is the offical slogan of the Aztlan/MECha illegal crowd? As in "Yes we can come here and get amnesty and free everything. Yes we can establish Aztlan".

Obama has made himself the candidate for illegal aliens. And in the Nevada caucuses, their vote COUNTS, because all people need are EMPLOYER IDs.

I’m not staying home. I’ve said it 3 times in the last 2 days. Here I go again:

In November, I will vote for whichever lousy socialist schmuck the faux Republican party nominates.

I will vote against the RATS, no matter what.

What do Republicans do if the nominee is someone like McCain or Huckabee, who can’t wait to welcome more immigrants and offer amnesty to the illegals already here? (And after his record as governor, I can’t just blithely accept Huckabee’s sudden switch—ie, signing a “pledge”. A record of years of proactively welcoming illegal immigrants, and giving priority to legal immigrants over citizens, as in tuition fees, doesn’t just go away with the stroke of a pen).

In a nation where most everything hinges around race and racial allegiances.............

Let me correct that statement, becasue that's just not true:

In the Liberal Party where most everything hinges around race and racial allegiances.............

There, now it's accurate and true.

no, he is a realist. YOU will be turning YOUR back on the most conservative candidate we can get elected, not samtheman.

Me too. We should ask every FReeper to take the "Hold Your Nose and Vote!" pledge. We can get bumper stickers made.

In 1996, did you vote for Bill Clinton? He was the most conservative candidate that could get elected that year.
