David Limbaugh did endorse Thompson.

Rush has all but endorsed Thompson because Fred is the only candidate that is a true unabashed old time conservative Republican other than Duncan Hunter.

Hunter/Thompson 08

Rush doesn’t have to justify what he says to you or anybody else.

Huh? I thought Rush had all but endorsed Thompson?

He did. This is just more wishful thinking on the part of the Laimstream media pundits as they try to overshadow the electorate with these type stories in a not so veiled attempt to influence who the 'Pubbies nominate......same thing as all the reporting about "Thompson is done if he doesn't win South Carolina", et al......

your actions will speak for themselves.

Yes, they will but there will be those that try to spin them.

What's the point of the photos?

What do these Pretty People safely ensconced behind Gated Community fences have in common with me and millions of other average Americans, millions of them to the point of no more patience on our Wide Open Borders??

I support Thompson. But Romney is my solid second choice.

There are many reasons why I see him as different from (and better than) McCain and Huckabee but the number one reason is that those two bozos would shut down GITMO and Romney wouldn’t.

That may seem like a small issue compared to all the rest, but to me it’s a litmus test. It shows who is willing to take their marching orders from the ACLU and the UN and who isn’t.

To me, the GITMO question is a tip-of-the-iceberg of a very, very big and very important issue.

How many times do we have to go over this... Rush knows like most of us know.... out of the ones left Romney appears to be the best one to lead. Some Freepers just can’t get over the fact that their man is not going to bring in the votes.

Duncan Hunter supporter BUMP for truth and honesty in FR threads, and trusting this will all be cleared up.

“Romney himself seemed unaware that he was being singled out for praise by the man who calls himself El Rushbo”

Maybe it is because Rush hasn’t singled out Romney. Rush always says good things about Fred, Rudy, and Romney.

He is just starting to focus on Romney because he thinks Fred may be out of it soon.

It used to be considered good form on radio and television to at least mention that the person you are speaking about is your employer. Romney’s Bain Capital bought ClearChannel, making him Rush’s boss. No. Rush does not have to justify himself to me or to anyone else. However, honesty would be served by pointing out that Rush’s words about the Governor began to change right after the purchase.

People that say that have selective hearing.

I tuned into Rush via the internet and he has not ruled out Romney by any means.

He has not endorsed Thompson or anyone else... but what he has done is narrowed the feild from the obvious 'no way jose' types.

The message I take from Rush on the matter as a whole is "Mitt or Thompson, but please don't *bleep* up the party with a McLame or Huckaboob"

Rudolph William Louis Giuliani
Michael Dale Huckabee
John Sidney McCain III
Willard Mitt Romney

If we allow the MSM and the DRNC to jam any of the
above down conservative’s throats, we deserve to lose big.

Willard would be worse than LBJ.

Ironic that Rush’s praise started after CLear Channel was sold.

he just did

I SAW on the tv, Romney make the claim he would do more for homosexuals than Ted Kennedy

Saw it with my own eyes.

And Limbaugh praises him? Hasn’t he been researching his record?

"...I guess Rush gave up on Fred since he hasn’t pulled ahead. Taking the next best candidate in lieu of McCain, Huckabee or Giuliani is the best course of action..."

This is my impression also. He was pushing for Fred, as I was/am, but seems to have seen the writing on the wall. Looks like it will be Mitt, and it looks like I will sit out this election. Give the country what it wants, and hopefully in four years there is enough pieces left for a true conservative to pick up and put back together.

except the MSM have been slamming Romney for ages. They hate Romney, so in this instance, Romney passes the Rush Limbaugh / MSM test. [ Who ever the MSM hates - you look and see a Conservative ]

Duncan Hunter or Fred just don't have what it takes.

What does Romney have that Hunter and Fred don't have?

Principles? No. Romney has no principles.

Romney has MONEY.

Romney has money and is willing to spend all of it to become President.

.

You've been bought.
