Mansell and Pam Devlin, one-time school principal and now an English and film study teacher, also noted the claim staked by white supremacist groups to the stars and bars.I thought that all "race" supremacy groups staked out a flag of some sorts

Remember when flag burners wrapped themselves in the First Amendment? I guess it only applies to desecrating the stars and stripes, and not to displaying the stars and bars. Where’s the ACLU? (rhetorical question)

Boy, I would do just about ANYTHING to get race hustlers to boycott, or walk out, or otherwise leave the rest of us alone. Always trying to find a way to legitimize GITTIN PAYD instead of going to work.

>>You see, if they actually knew their American history (and they dont), theyd realize that the American flag flew over slavery for many, many decades, while the Southern flag flew over slaves for maybe 3 or 4 years. So its a NON-issue!
>>But since theyre not being taught their history, what can we expect?
You are assuming that these morons don’t view the American flag as racist. Don’t underestimate their level of brainwashing.

Protesters are allowed to take down the US flag and fly the Mexican flag on US soil on public schools. That is not a sign of hate.

Communists always ignore the modern era slavery of Stalin’s gulags. We even had a Democrat VP who saw them first hand and said nothing.

Yes, lets ban the Stars and Bars, right after the Mexican flag and the Rainbow flag. What do you have against Cusco Peru?

Poor Megan and her petition signers has been brainwashed by the Left. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. I say give those that walkout a week of detention and an F for the day in all the classes they missed. The assignment while in detention is to learn the meaning of freedom and a little of true history, not that spewed forth by whomever she’s been listening to.

Hold on here, the Stars and Bars represents a very important time in US history while the mexican and homo flag have no part except to represent another country often hostile to the US and the other flag represents what?? deviant sexual behavior proponents??

Just another group of young Fascists educated beyond their intelligence yet determined to impose their views and beliefs on those with whom they disagree.

Senior Megan Allen said she's gotten about 300 of the school's roughly 1,500 students and about 20 teachers to sign her petition...Typical school politics.
I saw the same thing when I went to college as an older student in the '90's. Kids want to get involved in politics, and the easiest way to "make a difference" is to destroy something rather than build something.

So....they want everyone to pretend that the Civil War never existed?Exactly.
Let's just ban everything associated with ANY part of history they don't like.

“If they’re thinking that we’re going to form a Nazi group, they’re wrong,” said senior Zack Zanolini, dressed in a camouflage jacket with a .22-caliber bullet and cartridge around his neck. “It ain’t like that.”
Sort of one sided, isn’t it?
Here, I’ve rewritten a bit.
“It’s not against the law to swear, to curse, but it’s against school rules,” said senior Ashley Bernon, dressed in peace signs and a Che Guevara tee. (Or is it braless and with a crew cut?)

OK, I get it, this is the banner for the fecal eaters of America. Had a dog once that exhibited same behavior.

Probably not! The English teacher(s) signed the petition. They probably have 1984 and Utopia mixed up.
