That’s exactly right. He shredded her attack with kind words about Magic.
I saw video tonight of his town meeting today where he very effectively made fun of Hillary & Edwards answering that question: What is your greatest weakness? Obama had the audience in stitches imitating their cornball replies.
He’s good. Very Good.
Hes good. Very Good, some say he is the Magic one...not the other magic.
My sense is that he will never be taken down by traditional political attacks. He’s the ultimate teflon candidate.
Rather, I think he will take himself down at some point. He’s too inexperienced at both campaigning and policy.
The teflon may well get him the nomination. But at some point he’s going to become the ultimate example of “10 miles wide, an inch deep”.
I agree, the D-Rats’ 3 candidates should be easily defeated but the opposition is fractured and seems to have the ability to shoot itself in the foot at every turn...but OB will never be Prez...that is a good thing.
Remarkable for a rookie.
Earvin the philanderer is condescending.
This is pure racial politics.
The clintons got themselves a stable of black volunteers to attack Obama for them.
*********
Obama should reply that he “will keep his vows to the voters just like the vows he made to his wife. That would shut up Bubba and Earvin.
WOW!!! Magic is comparing basketball to being President. Some cocktail. Maybe it’s a Aids cocktail latte from Starbucks.
Uncle Magic reminding abracabadra to stay in the fields until properly called to the big house by Massa.
the piaps and bj using some old black magic....to get their constituency back on the plantation....
and ya know what I’m talkin about!!!!
Was it Magic who claimed to have slept with 10,000 different women, or was that a different NBA star? It may be hard to transmit the disease heterosexually, but not impossible, and with extreme promiscuity the chances increase.
That’s pretty low. However the election goes, I hope Obama gets a chance for payback on that one.
No, that was Wilt Chamberlain. The ironic thing is, the same day that quote from Wilt was reported, Johnson's AIDS admission also broke in the news.
actually, this is good advice. Obama has to be very careful so as to avoid a “Ron Brown” moment...
