I do worry about McCain in SC. He is revered by a large portion of the veteran community because he was a POW.

My own father-in-law, retired career Army, picks up the newspaper, reads the daily Iraq war death count, and curses Bush. He finds it atrocious that any military should die in a war.

With all due respect to your father-in-law, my Dad spent three years fighting in the Pacific. He would be more than a little puzzled at this attitude.
