“Mr. Romney won the percentage of ALL faiths.”

That is statistical baloney. Romney won because 25% of the voters were mormon and >90% voted for him. This was mormonism in action. It is obvious that the Salt Lake Mormon Mafia want Romney to be elected (understandable that they want one of their own). This is absolute identity politics that so many have decried. I don’t personally have a problem with identity politics, but I point this out because Rush has so harped on it.

This mormon phenonmena is being noted by the press and others. This will scare the begeebers out of Christian Evangelicals and they will rightly gang up on Romney. He can’t win a primary.

Spot on.

What it says to me is, the Mormons have said don’t use his religion against him, but, oh BTW, we are voting for him because we’re Mormons.

Grrrr.

Even if 0% of the voters were Mormons, Romney still would have won by a large margin based on those #s.

If 0 Mormons voted then Romney won.
If Mormons voted same percentages as everyone else Romney won.

Only way Romney was gonna lose is if ALL the mormons voted for the same candidate and it wasn’t Romney.

O yeah, and RP took second with 14%...

...so the RINO’s didn’t get all the vote.

If you remove the Mormon equation, you *still* have Romney getting 35% of the vote in Nevada, more than twice any competitor. He still would have had a blowout win, even if every mormon called in sick today.

“This mormon phenonmena is being noted by the press and others. “
Duh, because the most conservative viable candidate in the race is the MSM least favorite right now and they will do what they can to tear him down and downplay his success.

“He can’t win a primary.”

He’s won three so far ... and counting. More delegates, more primary votes and more primary wins than any other candidate.

So Romney comes out of the weekend with about 18-20 additional delegates while the “winners” in SC come away with fewer than 10. Not bad at all.

Had Mormons stayed home, it would still have been a blowout.

The spin begins from the sour grapes crowd.

Romney won because 25% of the voters were mormon and >90% voted for him.

False. Do the math. Only way Romney didn't win is if all the mormon voters voted AGAINST Romney and voted for a single candidate.

He can’t win a primary.

He's won 2, came in 2nd in 3. Delegate counts are what matters and Romney has the most consistent placements. By the "he can't win a primary" logic everyone else fails worse then Romney does.

Wins like this one really bring out the true colors in people. "Salt Lake Mormon Mafia", what a laugh. I don't remember once any LDS church leader telling me to vote for Romney, or anyone else for that matter.

I gotta tell ya.

The Mormon-haters and Mitt-bashers are among the dumbest around.

They don’t even understand simple math.

way to spend that money Mitt and get those temple believers out to the caucuses...../sarcasm/

Your jibes and animosity toward a respected religious denomination which has solid roots in America is better suited for the DUmmy lib Democrat hate-fests.

It's embarrassing to hear that kind of blather from so-called conservatives.
