Dan Moul is my local state legislator who was elected in 2006 on a wave of outrage after the Republican establishment in the Commonwealth voted itself an early-hours pay raise. Since then, he has racked up a fine record as a Conservative. He "gets" it, and I'm very proud of him. I think he'll make a fine governor one day should he choose to continue on the path he's on. We need more like him in Pennsylvania to combat the Pittsburgh-Scranton-Philly "iron triangle."

Definitely need to groom a farm team in PA. I hope Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta is the 2010 nominee for Governor.
