The subject of McCain's age is a very fair topic for discussion and I think most people don't realize how old he is. But Huckabee has been very reluctant to take on McCain personally and this is another example of Huckabee's campaign tactics. Others do his dirty work.
I agree with him also. Maybe not so much for his age, but what kind of condition he seems to be in. There are probably guys who are the same age as McCain but are holding up better.
My point was it seemed the article mentioned Chuck’s age as if to imply that he shouldn’t talk.

I had thought the same thing. All the more important for
him to pick a “younger” running mate should he get the nomination.
I don’t know of any Presidential candidates who would arrive in a white stretch limo.. I think it is kind of trashy trailer mentality stuff to think that would make you look important.
It would be nice to be able to vote for someone who is older than I am again - these last two youngsters have been a disappointment.
Ol’ Chuck ain’t lookin’ to young himself. Maybe it’s time he started pushing botox cream on those late night infomericals instead of exercise equipment.

Actually that is what makes McCain a little more palatable. namely knowing he will likely only be there for four years or less. That would giv eus time to get a real President in ‘12. Hopefully, Bobby Jindal will be ready then.
At least McCain is not trying to get us all to buy useless gym equipment on TV. Get out and walk Chuck. Huckabee needs to fast walk and not run at his age. Talk some sense into him bro................
