Black September redux? Don’t the Palestinians realize that the only people in the world who will endure their presence are the Israelis?

I notice the Egyptian government did not stop them. So if they want to bring back some food and some more katusha rockets to shoot at Israel I guess it’s ok?

It’s true. No one else wants ‘em.

The Egyptians don’t. The Saudis don’t. The Syrians don’t, etc. etc.

Outside of the occasional financial contribution to the PA by one of these groups, I get the distinct feeling that they wish the Palestinians would just go away.

Stunning, isn’t it? We’ve had to endure the media slamming Israel for years over building a wall to keep Palestinians out — and it turns outthe Egyptians had one all along (with the same media saying nary a word).

Don’t worry...I hear all “Arabs are brothers!” Certainly Egypt will cut them a nice big swatch of fertile land and a monthly stipend out of their oil money real soon now, and they can settle down and do something other than blaming the JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE for all their own shortcomings.

“Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak announced that he had ordered his troops to allow Palestinians to cross into Egypt because they were starving.”

It’s high time the Palistinian’s dear “Muslim brothers” pitches in and did something besides gripe. They’re the relatives of the family...not the Israeli’s! It should have been their problem all along....there’s plenty of Middle East sand to go around, especially in Egypt!

I hope his friend picked up an extension cord long enough to run back to Egypt.

The Hamas “government” apparently worked on destroying the wall for several months. Now that 350,000 have left and gone to Egypt, Israel should be generous and rebuild the wall (with appropriate reinforcements for durability) ASAP.

The barrier was built by Israel to stop arms smuggling.

They’re the relatives of the family...not the Israeli’s!

I'm afraid that not true. They might not be "brothers" but then they are certainly "cousins". The tribes of Israel and the Arabs are all Semites and as such have all descended from the same branch of mankind's family tree.

The Jewish population of Israel has expanded well beyond the original Semitic peoples because the state has allowed the Jewish faith to serve as license to citizenship. This as allowed every branch of humanity to be represented in Israel.

The schism dividing Arab from Jew is philosophical and rests in their respective religions not their ethnicity. What we are seeing is the world's longest food fight in a fractious family that has never gotten along. Although I suspect that the Jews would settle for being left alone but the Arabs just won't accept that.

Regards,
GtG

Thanks for setting me straight. Wonder why the Palistinians didn’t tear it down the moment they were handed Gaza lock, stock, and barrell. Guess they only hate walls that keep them out of Israel.
