I’ve seen you here for several weeks now. Who are you supporting for president?

Only a couple weeks? Geez, my 10th anniversary is coming up.

I'm supporting any Republican candidate for president whose name is not Mitt Romney or Rudy Giuliani.

More like could only be denied by a Romney fan.

A statement like that could only be made by someone whose hero just endorsed a charlatan, nanny state, illegal alien supporting, socialist. Maybe the strain has been too great for you.

Of course...They are either comparing their own political beliefs or their religious ones....Me thinks the latter. Otherwise we have a influx of rats, and that would be nothing new.

In 1994 this probably meant equal rights. I don’t think there was gay marriage anywhere in the world at that point.

Here's a snippet of Flip from 1994:

Watch Flip get his butt handed to him by Ted Kennedy. Is THIS who we want???

Rubbish. If one does not attack the radical homosexual agenda actively, one is -- literally -- acquiescing to it.

Romney did not do so. he's a corporatist, and sees most social issues as irrelevant to governance. Notwithstanding, I've a laundry pin on my nose and will likely vote for him, because McQueeg and the Huckool-aid drinkers are utterly unacceptable.

I last voted democratic for Jimmy Carter, But if McCain becomes nominee of the party I will vote Democrat because McCain has hurt the conservative movement more than any other Republican. Can you image what liberals ideas would become law if he became president? At least Hillary would have the Republicans in congress fighting her and not making McCain legislation go though which could kill the conservative movement for decades.
I’m a radical conservative but if McCain wins say goodbye to the Conservative movement for decades. Plus the politicians who back that phony would increase.

And I can see where you might possibly be in the center of the personal insults. Since I’m probably twice your age with a proportionate amount of wisdom in several areas, I think I can decide when to “go back to bed” without your orders. I’ve been following and contributing to threads a great deal lately because this country and this election have several serious issues at stake. I don’t see the benefit of tossing around personal insults and bashing fellow Republicans and Freepers. But perhaps you do. If I’m wrong, then I offer heartfelt apologies. It just appeared that your name was most prevelant in the area of insults when I was skimming. Good evening to you.

“Click the link and then come back and tell me what a “liar and hater” I am. I hate abortion.”

Good, so does Romney. To the point that he has 5 sons, and 11 grandchildren. Can you say the same? Plus he has been anti-abortion on a personal level for all of his adult life, and actually, when a church leader, went to a hospital to try to talk an LDS member out of having an abortion. He has also publicly changed his position on gov’t support for abortion some years ago, and admitted he has seen the light on that too. Now, Ronald Reagan had the same conversion. Perhaps you would have rather he had stayed in the other camp and never changed his opinion.

You are correct. It’s not Mitt’s fault. He ran as an abortion/gay rights advocate and under his watch we now have gay marriage and $50 abortions. Not his fault though, he consulted with his lawyers and there was nothing he could do about it. The courts made him do it.

Hey, if he did all that for Massachusetts, just imagine what he could do for the rest of the country.

Calvin Coolidge. Unfortunately, he's unable to run at this time. BTW, I am not joking about this.

Who the devil are you supporting, from this pathetic field of candidates?

True, that is dissapointing.

Then again, at least he didn’t endorse a charlatan, nanny state, illegal alien supporting, socialist who also supported strict gun control, abortion on demand for $50, the gay agenda and created the first mandatory HillaryCare program.

Romney left Massachusetts with a surplus. I wish we could "fail" that way, too.

He also left MA with 30,000 fewer Republicans, and a GOP that is almost a non-entity in the state. Now, you've got a Dem dominated state house for the foreseeable future and a Dem governor who's looking for ways to close a big deficit that magically appeared.

Is that the Romney legacy?

The source site is full of misinformation.

Right. Sounds like the Liar, Liar defense:

Jim Carey: Your honor, I object!

Judge: On what grounds?

Jim Carey: Because it's devastating to my case!

The courts made him do it.

The “devil made me do it” defense rarely saves anyone in real life though.

Sorry, anyone who has been awake knows the battle for/against gay marriage is in the courts. The only way around this is with a constitutional amendment that Romney supported.

Do you blame Bush and all of the U.S. and state legislatures for Roe v. Wade? Did the devil make them do it or was it SCOTUS?

I don't know anyone who is proposing anything that would "save" homosexuals.
