I’m with you! And for the same reason, I despise GLAD for demanding to be treated “fairly” or equally because in so doing they are the ones pointing out that they are different. Pretzel logic.

The race card plays both ways. Like the gender card as Hillary played it: “one of the boys” vs. “they’re picking on me ‘cause I’m a girl.”

Pardon the interruption, but what happened to the post of the guy on Youtube saying he partied with Obama doing coke and crack and sex in his limo?

I'm having so much fun watching Bill get all red in the face (he is not looking 'heart-healthy'.....retaining fluid) and Hillary making one big gaffe after another.

Judging from the way they've pulled out all the stops, they must be receiving really worrisome news from their advisers and pollsters.

A year ago this election cycle was supposed to be a cake-walk for them. But now:

"Start the music track here...from the 1960's it's Steam with "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Them Goodbye".

On the advice of another FReeper I checked out KOS to see their fun and games and wow, they're in a fit.

My favorite kneeslapper was "Hillary Clinton is the Tonya Harding of politics" (may not be an exact quote).

It don't get no better.

If the Hilldy-Obammy fight does get out of hand and really turns bitter, it could have some effect on the election. Assuming Hilldy gets the nom —and I do assume that— and there is a residue of bitterness, it could tone down the turn out for Black voters. She would still get 90+ per cent, but maybe the gross numbers could be lower. Could impact the result in a really close state, like maybe Fl, Mo, or MI.

I certainly do not discount the prospect that they will make-nice before the convention. He certainly could be the running mate, but there is strong precedent against having two senators on the ticket.

Finally, look for the dirtiest campaign in history come this fall. The media is set to drop any pretense of fairness. The Republican will be attacked every day in newspapers, TV and radio—not just by Hilldy and her minions, but by the media also. Direct attacks without apology. Many of us have lauded the “declining” influence of the MSM, but the MSM has proven over the last six or seven years that they are still powerful if they concentrate attacks relentlessly, continuously, and uniformly. Over time, the MSM can build up a slanted, biased version of facts which become the accepted truth by seeping into the psyche of the ill informed masses. It will happen BIG TIME in this election.

This might be some good entertainment but only for now. Obama might win SC and get a little uptick, but I expect that by Super Tuesday, he will drop out and he’ll be singing praises to Her Royal Thighness and The Great Stainmaker through November, as if their little spat here never happened.

I think you are correct. I wonder how best to counter that ahead of time. LOUD public outcries for BALANCED journalism? Repeat attacks against the perps... oh wait we are already doing that. Well, whats hopeful is the decline in the numbers those institutions are getting. Their numbers are trending DOWN not up and long term, thats a great thing! Long live the Internet! LOL

President Clinton pardoned 11 FALN terrorists and five Macheteros who were serving prison sentences in the United States....Between 1974 and 1985 the FALN (Puerto Rican Armed Forces of National Liberation) organized 120 terrorist bombings in the United States. Many Americans were killed in those bombings, and many more were crippled.

Yeah, that made my day. If they weren’t Democrats I’d say they could bust the Hollyweird writers strike, that’s top notch stuff.

We’re laughing at all of the supposed “friction/division” among the democrats, but when it comes down to it, in the end, the democrats will all vote for their candidate regardless of who wins the primary, while us conservatives will continue bickering about who’s more liberal: Mitt or McCain. In the end, we will be disappointed with what we have and will stay home during the election day. Winner: a democrat president.

“Assuming Clinton is the nominee Obama is not the VP nominee, I hope the majority of Blacks reject her.”

Wishful thinking regarding Blacks rejecting Hillary. She will have Obama as her running mate to get more of the Black vote. Besides, a majority of Hillary’s follwing want Bubba back at the Whitehouse.

“are going to tenderize the living you know what out of one another, and so far they are making themselves look just horrible”

It’d be pretty durn hard to make Hillary look good! But I love the way you used “tenderize!”

Agreed.

Observation in response to “but there is strong precedent against having two senators on the ticket.”

What is unprecedented is the female and African-American aspect of these two Senators.

It’s more an emotional campaign than a substantive campaign with two Socialist “Changelings” (if you are Sci-Fi aware) representing the hopes of the Leftist MSM, Much of the Globalist TransNational Corporate World, as well the loonies of the “Hate America” crowd.

If we lose the WH bid with a reasonably Conservative Nominee (the true Conservatives have dropped out), then we’d better have made certain we hold onto, or increase our Conservative Representation in Congress.

Obama is almost forcing her to take him as VP and someone isn't going to be very happy.

It might work to the Repubs advantage...Two people running with no experience is even better than one.

It's gonna be about getting out the vote.

It occurs to me that with Hill in the House, Bill will get the Veep’s offices and Obama is gonna get shunted to the Old Ex office Building, just as Hill tried to do to Al in 92.

If I were Barak, I would NOT accept that offer.
