This has become almost a generic news story. It could be written about many of the countries, twice a week, with only a few changes.

BTW, excellent book by Keith Richburg about his time as Africa Bureau Chief for the Washington Post. It's a disturbing book. He talks about standing by a river and watching bodies floating by at the rate of about one a minute. He tells about ten year old boys that are hopped up on drugs by warlords. He describes one of the boys, wearing a girl's evening gown and a Donald Duck mask, carrying a fully automatic weapon, breaking into houses with other boys and killing the occupants. It makes "Clockwork Orange" seem like Ozzie and Harriet.
