We can argue the merits of the 14th Amendment for days here on FR but that will not change how the SCOTUS has interpreted the 14th. Therefore, babies born here to illegal aliens will continue to be U.S. citizens, just like you and me, and illegal aliens will still be educated in our schools.

Now, in order to repeal the 14th one would need the agreement of 67 US Senators and 34 State Legislatures.

Neither or those will happen.

Read post five again and again.
I think the amendment was misinterpreted at one point when it was not a significant problem and has grown way out of proportion since creating a problem.
It does not need a new amendment.
It just needs to be read correctly.
If you won’t see that then what can anyone say?
