Congress actually had no business trying to exercise non-existent federal powers by making the bill in the first place.

Congress has NO business trying to exercise many of the federal powers that they consistently attempt to force upon Americans. Too few citizens know the contents of our Constitution let alone recognize when Congress oversteps their boundaries. Our Founding Fathers must roll over in their graves daily!

Sadly, ignorance of the Constitution and how the government is supposed to work is epidemic. Widespread constitutional ignorance is evidenced by the following links.

The consequence of widespread constitutional ignorance is that the feds are walking all over the people's freedoms.

As I mentioned in a previous post, the people need to wise up to the fact that the federal government is not working within its constitutional restraints. The people need to send home government leaders who are not upholding their oaths to defend the Constitution.
