Don’t waste the time. Bush won’t do it, and the Supreme Court doesn’t care what he thinks anyway. They will decide based on their interpretation of the Constitution, in the case of the 4 conservatives, or based on the liberal policy argument, in the case of the 4 liberals, or based on the way the wind is blowing that day, in the case of Kennedy.
Well I*m going to call anyway, can*t hurt. Like to feel I*m fighting this poison pill! You are right though, Bush will not withdraw it. A couple of years ago I heard a former CA congressman (on a talkshow) say that Bush was the most stubborn man he had ever known. But why is he stabbing us in the back with this one??
