After the trial Taylor said the ammunition was indeed old and added the new information that the perp had soiled his pants as he crawled out the door. I would have had an even worse mess to clean up if it had gone through his forehead,

I nominate this man for an award of merit. He has demonstrated excellent marksmanship, weapon selection and a keen sense of the negative impact of collateral damage. I do not know what the proper institution would be to bestow such an award. I do however believe that if this president is truly pro second amendmant such an award should be made at a state dinner held at the White House will all of the pomp and regalia such an event would normally be held with in honor of this great man he is a credit to his nation and a example that every young Black man should endeavor to emmulate.

.22 isn’t even a great caliber for accuracy. .22lr is great for accuracy. Given that this bullet bounced off, I’d wager it was just a .22 short.

I think the “litter” policed itself out of the AO ... problem now seems to be locating said litter for apprehension and proper disposal.

I tell you what, though... I bet that guy had a headache.

All my carry pistols are in a caliber that starts with 4 and end in 5! Para-Ord LDA CCO owner. :-)

Headache or no, I hope the kid mends his ways faster than his wound heals.
If ever someone had a right to think that maybe he was supposed to live and make something of himself, it’s that kid.
If he doesn’t, there’s plenty more new, shiny, and more effective bullets waiting for him down the road.

that is a new term for me. In my river bank fishing days in the south it was used for snakes.

That’s hilarious.
But a head shot with a .22?
I was an Army PILOT, and I know better than that.
A hollow point round in larger caliber would not have traveled too far.
