Why would someone want to duplicate the Windows architecture?
It’s really not a duplication. It’s a .nix implementation of a compatible OS that allows the use of windoze software.
This is an open source project, and you don’t have to throw away 1000’s of dollars worth of software. At the same time, you can fully utilize Linux and other open source software.
I see it as the best of both worlds, should it ever mature to that point.
